Privacy policy

This site uses no cookies and no tracking. I only receive the details you send me yourself, and I only use them to reply to you.

When you write via the contact form, I receive:

• your name and email
• your phone number and company, if you add them
• the services you have ticked
• your message

If you write to me by email, phone or WhatsApp, I receive the details you send yourself.

You decide what you send. Without your name and email, however, I cannot reply to you.

I use the details to reply to your enquiry and, if it leads to working together, to give you a quote and plan the job. I do not use them for newsletters or marketing, and I do not sell them on.

The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b) when your enquiry is about possibly working together, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f), because I have a legitimate interest in being able to reply to enquiries.

I use two services that process data on my behalf:

• Netlify hosts the site and receives the contact form. When you visit the site, Netlify records technically necessary details such as your IP address to show the site and protect it against misuse.
• Cloudflare forwards emails from my address to my inbox.

Emails to me are stored with my email provider, Microsoft (Outlook).

Netlify, Cloudflare and Microsoft are US companies, so your details may be processed in the USA. The transfer is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Enquiries that do not lead to working together are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact, both in my inbox and in Netlify.

If the enquiry leads to working together, I keep the details that are part of quotes, invoices and accounts for 5 years from the end of the financial year they belong to, as required by Danish bookkeeping law.

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts, images and video are loaded from the site itself. If you click the WhatsApp link, WhatsApp’s own terms apply.

You have the right to see the details I hold about you and to have them corrected or deleted. You can also ask me to restrict the processing, object to it, or receive your details in a common format.
